Yes. Dragging is awkward on a small screen, so use the Left and Right buttons under each page.

Can I also rotate or delete while reordering?

Each page has Rotate and Remove buttons too, so you can fix all three in one pass.

Is the text still searchable?

Yes. Pages are copied as they are, not turned into pictures.

What do I get when I pay?
No page cap and no daily limit. The one-day pass lasts 24 hours from checkout for $4.99. The monthly plan is $5.99 and you can cancel in Stripe at any time.
How does my browser remember I paid?
After checkout you land on a page that checks the payment with Stripe and sets a signed cookie. If you clear cookies, open the confirmation link from your receipt again.
